We’re Norm and Toni, and we personally invite you to join us for a transformative Somatic Breathwork session. We are so excited to be holding this space for you in the beautiful YogaSix Nampa Studio.
This is your invitation to just be—to let go of stress, gently process stored emotions, and reconnect with your authentic self. We know this work can feel new or vulnerable, which is why our entire focus is on creating a safe, loving, and supportive container for your journey.

What Can I Expect?
Somatic Breathwork is a powerful, yet gentle therapeutic practice. We will personally guide you using a specific, conscious breathing pattern to help you connect your mind, body, and emotions.
The true magic is that this process gently bypasses the "thinking mind" and allows you to tap into your body’s own innate wisdom. It’s an opportunity to release stuck energy and unlock the profound healing and clarity that's already within you.

We want to be very clear: This session is for all levels and all are welcome.
There is absolutely no prior experience needed. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or just curious about this work, we are here to meet you exactly where you are. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to breathe.
