Release tension, let go of inhibitions, and tap into your inner rhythm. This event is designed to help you break free from limitations and embrace your true essence. Details:

A two-hour journey of movement and breath, where we explore the dance between resistance and flow. As spring beckons us to awaken and embrace new beginnings, we recognize that sometimes we're not quite ready to heed its call. Amidst the flurry of activity that surrounds us, there's a quiet longing to take things slow, to rest, and to simply be.

In this co-created event, we invite you to honor your resistance, to meet it with compassion and curiosity. For it is in acknowledging our resistance that we pave the way for transformation. Like the gentle breeze that rustles through the trees, we will breathe through the resistance, allowing it to become a part of our dance in the 5Rhythms practice.

Acknowledgment marks the first and most crucial step on our journey. Only by embracing where we are can we begin to move forward, allowing the energy within us to flow freely once more. So let us come together, breathe deeply, and dance with our resistance, knowing that in doing so, we pave the way for a deeper sense of presence and possibility in our lives.

What is breathwork?

This transformational breathing meditation, which is an active breathing meditation, allows your body to be flushed with oxygen. It is a 3-part breathing pattern that enables you to move into an altered state of mind where you can clear stuck energy (emotional, physical, mental and spiritual), calm your nervous system by reducing stress and anxiety, improve clarity and focus, release toxins, boost immunity, and start letting go of what you may be holding on to, creating space for personal transformation and growth.

Shannon combines her lived experiences to help others on their journey of health and healing. She is passionate about helping people get unstuck and feel aligned with their purpose and path so they can create the life they desire. She empowers people to shift their mindset using tools like their breath to move away from the limitations of their thinking mind and move more into their body. Her goal is to help people reduce stress, anxiety, anger, grief, depression from the source, restore the nervous system, feel more focused and productive and improve their overall well-being and happiness.

Anna, a mother, wife, and friend, a dance enthusiast, constantly seeking the extraordinary within the ordinary and on a quest to uncover the juiciness of life. 

With experience living and working in various countries, she brings a wealth of diverse experiences to her journey. Anna is deeply passionate about personal growth and transformation. 

As a Life Coach, she finds fulfillment in empowering women through significant life transitions. 

However, her journey took a profound turn in 2018 when she discovered 5Rhythms®, a transformative dance practice. This discovery ignited a passion within her, leading her to embark on the Teacher Training journey in 2023. Now, Anna is dedicated to helping others reconnect with their bodies and unlock their innate intelligence through conscious movement.
