CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Join us this holiday season off to create your own framed floral. Choose from a holiday theme design or create your very own masterpiece. Either way, it will make the perfect statement art piece for your home!
Each ticket includes an 8x10” recycled frame, pressed flowers, and other supplies needed. This class offers an opportunity to learn about pressed flowers while diving into your own creativity. It is a judgement free zone where makers of all skill levels are welcome.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Lindsay Rae is a mixed media artist, living in Bosie, Idaho. The majority of her artwork showcases the female form, while also highlighting nature through the use of pressed flowers. Lindsay presses every single flower she uses by hand, many of which come from her own flower garden. She has been teaching pressed flower workshops for over 3 years, and is thrilled to be able to offer a class in DC, where she lived from 2014-2020.
