Join the ASMP New Orleans/Gulf South chapter as ASMP chapter and Life member Jackson Hill discusses his use of generative A.I. to produce the 15 digital prints comprising the Sullivan Gallery exhibit: โA History of the World That Never Happenedโ.The B&W images in the show mimic documentary photography and were created exclusively through text prompts. Jackson will discuss his process and tools and also take a deep dive into the ethical dilemmas and professional challenges as A.I. image making matures.
As a photographer who has used digital cameras and imaging software from day one, Jackson will ponder what are the limits and what and when to use these constantly evolving tools without losing your soul.
