Let Ulrike guide you through a sequence of carefully selected poses for this heart opening restorative practice.Let your body Rest & Digest .Resting into supports using bolsters, blankets , Ulrike will then "tuck" you into each pose and place comforting weights onto your body - giving you the feel of a hug .....allowing the body relax and release. Ulrike will then offer hands on gentle assists to aid you in further relaxing .Let your mind settle in this meditative practice to allow yourself truly & fully rest:). The Restorative practice is accompanied by the beautiful heart healing sound of the electric cello ,live performance by Imphormal. Our heart truly resonates with the frequency of the cello.Each pose is held around 20 min , allowing for only a max of 5 poses for this class.Utilizing our breath to fully feel and embrace each pose. Personal attention & touch , affirmations and cello sound will enhance your experience.Enjoy a Guided Metta Meditation and a Sound Journey of Cello, gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and more as you drift off into an extended savasana. Warm tea and time to reflect will be offered after class.
