The Healing Drum Gathering is more than a drum circle — it is a gathering. Guided by heartbeat rhythm, breath, and sacred presence, we create space to settle the nervous system, reconnect to the body, and remember the healing power of coming together.

All are welcome. No experience needed.
Bring your drum if you have one — a few will be available to share.

• A gently guided opening to settle the body and nervous system
• Steady, grounding drum rhythms inspired by the heartbeat
• Space for silence, breath, and integration
• A supportive, non-performative circle — no pressure to “do it right”
• Optional sharing at the end
• You’re encouraged to bring your own drum or rattle; a limited number of drums will be available
