A Donation-Based Conscious Connected Breathwork EventSunday, December 7th
1:00 - 2:30 pm
The holiday season can be beautiful—but it can also stir up deep emotions we often carry quietly. Memories of loved ones, shifting family dynamics, loneliness, transitions, or the pressure to “feel joyful” can make this time of year especially heavy. Grief tends to surface more strongly during the holidays, even when we think we’ve tucked it away.
Through the gentle yet powerful practice of conscious connected breathing, you’ll be guided into a state where the body can soften, the heart can open, and unprocessed emotions can release. Breathwork has a way of moving what words cannot—helping us access clarity, calm, and a deeper sense of resilience.
This experience will include:
• Opening grounding meditation to settle your body and nervous system
• Guided conscious connected breathwork for emotional release and inner connection
• Music and energetic support throughout your journey
• Gentle integration + Optional sharing circle to feel witnessed and supported (no pressure to speak)
Whether your grief is recent or decades old, sharp or subtle, named or unnamed—you are welcome exactly as you are.
Come breathe, soften, and remember that healing is not linear and you do not have to walk through it alone.
*There is no charge for this event. Donations are welcome, but not expected. All donations will go towards our Christmas Donation Drive for Brunswick County DSS teen girls. 🎁
