For ages 13 & up
Description
Fresh chiles from Hatch, New Mexico are only available for a short time each year. Make the most of the 2026 crop by creating, from start to finish, fresh corn tortillas; an ever-popular sweetened bread made even more delicious with the inclusion of apples and Hatch chiles; a variety of melted cheeses topped with roasted chile strips and sauteed chorizo; braised chicken with white beans and Hatch chile sauce; and a cool and comforting pudding for dessert. You'll enjoy sampling your creations at the end of class.
For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Tickets are priced per person.
21 or over? You'll enjoy a glass of wine perfectly paired with your meal at the end of class.
This is a four hour class. Please be sure to wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes.

At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
