This comprehensive session will cover the fundamentals of chicken anatomy and meat sanitation, ensuring you understand every aspect of handling poultry safely and effectively. You’ll engage in hands-on training, including techniques for killing, scalding, plucking, and gutting chickens. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have processed your own chicken, which you can take home ready for the oven, prepared with the skills and knowledge to continue this practice confidently.
The registration fee of $65.00 includes one poultry to take home and a guest. Each registration covers only one poultry, and attendees must register before the event.
