You will receive hands-on guidance in working with Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Gongs, Indigenous Native American instruments, Shamanic Drums, and tuning forks, learning how to hold them, touch them, and commune with them as sacred tools.

Throughout our 5 hours together, we will dive into:
