We'll explore patterns of the mind that cause stress & nervous system activation + how mindfulness, meditation and somatic practices can help us shift patterns of the mind, emotionally regulate and create greater peace and ease within
- Practice Session: Mindful movement, nervous system re-balancing practices, and guided meditation practice for inner peace
- Teaching Session: How self-compassion can help you heal + guided practices to implement greater self-compassion within your life
- Meditation, Breathwork & Yoga Nidra: a powerful practice for deep relaxation and mental clarity, allowing the body and mind to release stress, tension, and stored emotions. These techniques help reconnect individuals with their inner calm, creating a sense of grounding, healing, and inner clarity.
