- Mix the Spices and Dates: Prepare the aromatic date filling, infused with warm, traditional spices that make maamoul irresistible.
- Shape the Cookies: Learn how to roll, stuff, and shape the soft, flour-based dough using authentic molds and tongs to craft intricate, traditional designs.
- Bake to Perfection: Follow guided steps to bake your cookies to golden perfection.
- Get in the Ramadan spirit and enjoy a story time and Ramadan craft with Sitti.

The art of making maamoul is often a family affair, passed down through generations. For me, some of my fondest childhood memories involve making maamoul with my mom and grandmother, where every step, from mixing the spices to pressing the dough into molds, was an act of connection and love.
