We will be sampling some of our wonderful coffees in wine goblets. As the roaster, I like to use this method for several reasons, 1) It enhances the aroma through aeration and then guiding into your olfactory system.
2) It is easier to view the colors.
3) It enhances the flavors because your sense of smell contributes greatly to your sense of flavor.
4) Why not, It's fun and there's coffee.
