An introduction and demo to multiple techniques from the “Luminary” over a 3 part series that creates “a glowing heart”. Having a glowing heart means you are tapped into your inner-love and this can open a pathway to a stable emotional foundation, fluency in your hearts language, finding/expanding your inner creator and creating an internal motivator rooted in love.
Bring a journal, pen and pair of headphones . Tapping into your inner-love will comprise of connecting to your authentic feelings, desires, and needs through meditative writing.

Hi! I’m Anecia an intuitive healing practitioner who’s been practicing for about 2 years now. I’m also the creator of the luminary which is a tool for self exploration and discovery. I’m passionate about helping others reach radical self acceptance and creating community spaces that foster love and connection.
