Welcome to A Gift of Wellbeing!
Come along and give yourself the gift of an holistic wellbeing event. It takes place on Thursday 7th November 2024, starting at 1pm. Meditate, create connections with self and others. Move to music with Tai Chi & Qigong flows as well as soulful Caribbean vibes and African heart beats, creating relaxation and joy. Refreshments will include nutritious and delicious foods. Juices will also be available.
This 3 hour session is ideal for those looking to ward off the challenges to health that can appear in later life - inflamed joints, stress and tension causing headaches, back pain, IBS, diabetes, high blood pressure. Also suitable for anyone who wants to maintain their good health & wellbeing. Experience a range of approaches that you can immediately incorporate into your daily routine.
