Step onto your mat and give yourself the gift of slowing down. In this gentle, trauma-informed flow, you’ll be guided through mindful movements and smooth, unhurried transitions that support your body and calm your mind.
We’ll focus on connecting with your breath, building strength and flexibility in a way that feels safe and supportive, and cultivating a sense of inner steadiness.
Options will be offered throughout so you can honour your body’s needs, whether you’re brand-new to yoga or have been practicing for years.
Come as you are, move at your own pace, and leave feeling grounded, nourished, and renewed.
