About this Event
Come enjoy a relaxing breath and sound journey as we delve into the heart space and deepen the connections to your own inner healing light!
Bringing awareness to your heart space can open you up to the deeper healing light that is already inside of you. The more you become aware of your heart throughout your life, the more your inner light will emerge to guide you, heal you, and reflect your inner light into the world around you.
Throughout this meditation, you will be led through heart opening breathing and visualization exercises and then we will journey through the healing vibrations of singing bowls, shamanic drumming, chimes, and other instruments.
$25 per person.
This event will be held in a studio located in a residential home in Draper, UT. For this reason, the address will not be shared publicly. You will receive an email with the address and any further event details by email after you have signed up for the event.
Feel free to bring blankets, pillows, bolsters or anything you would need to feel comfortable within your own space.
Please plan to arrive about ten minutes early to ensure we are starting on time.
