We invite you to participate as an Exhibitor at the 18th Annual A Future and A Hope Adoption and Foster Care Conference! Our main event will take place Saturday, March 2nd, 2024, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
A Future and A Hope Conference is an adoption and foster conference that has been held in Austin for over a decade. The purpose of the conference is to grow awareness of the needs in foster care, adoption, and kinship care, and connect them to programs and services in our community. Adoptive, foster, and kinship families have a place to learn more about caring for their children and themselves.
Register as an exhibitor and be a part of the largest annual gathering of people seeking ways to volunteer and support foster care in Texas.
Exhibiting Fee: $250
This includes:
- 6x3 table in the main exhibitor hall (This is located at the hub of the conference where participants will be getting their coffee and lunch service).
- Your agency logo in the program for our special Friday night event with Dr. Clarence Hill, Jr.
- Your agency logo in the conference program for Saturday
- 2 free conference tickets for Saturday which include lunch for 2 attendees
- Social media promotion leading up until the AFAH conference
-Please set up tables on March 2nd before 9:00 am. Please have someone staffing your table in between session breaks and at lunchtime.
(If more than 2 people attend the conference from your organization, then those attendees must register on the AFAH Family Day event page.)
Please register one organization per table. Organizations cannot share a table and pay one registration fee.
