About your facilitator:
Melinda is based on the Northern Beaches in Dee Why and is a Certified Nia Freedance Nia Blue Belt & Nia 5 Stages Instructor. Melinda has a passion for movement dance. She enjoys a way of life that always nourishes the mind body and soul together and wishes to share her knowledge and wisdom to explore movement as a way of healing. Melinda also has a performing arts background so her expertise and love for movement and creative expression always shines through and loves supporting like-minded souls to joyfully express their true self and find movement as a way of feeling better in your body in a safe and supportive environment.
