Join Rupesh for a FREE 1.5-hour experiential talk introducing Hakomi, a gentle yet profoundly effective approach to mind-body healing and transformation. Claim your seat at: https://myinnerharbour.ca/eventpost/introduction-to-hakomi/.
This is not just a talk—you’ll be invited into a felt, embodied experience that engages both your thinking mind and your living body in a safe, relational setting.
Hakomi is widely used by psychotherapists, counselors, bodyworkers, and holistic healers, and is equally valued by people drawn to meditation, mindfulness, and self-inquiry. It offers a way of listening deeply to the body to uncover how early experiences, attachment patterns, and childhood wounds shape our nervous system, beliefs, emotions, and physical symptoms today.
Through lecture and simple experiential practices, you’ll get a taste of how Hakomi helps reveal the unconscious core beliefs that quietly organize our lives—beliefs that can keep us stuck in depression, anxiety, shame, chronic tension, pain, or repeating relational patterns. From this awareness, real and lasting change becomes possible.
Whether you are:
• a therapist or healer curious about somatic psychology and relational mindfulness
• a meditation or mindfulness practitioner wanting a body-based path to insight
• or someone living with emotional or physical symptoms that feel connected to past experiences
this introduction will offer an engaging way to explore healing that respects your pace and your wisdom.
Come experience a way of being with yourself—and with others—that can soften old patterns and reduce unnecessary suffering.
