歡迎嚟到 ** A for arts？ A for anxiety? ** ，花啲時間滋養一下，重新聯繫您嘅內心。

除咗有引導式欣賞古典畫作之外，我哋仲會一邊玩LEGO® 一邊傾。我哋玩住傾, 學習就變得更輕鬆好多。我哋會發現顏色配搭係點樣可以令我哋嘅心靈平靜, 同緩解我哋嘅焦慮。

喺一個私隱度高同充滿創意嘅空間，您會有機會分享你同工作有關嘅壓力，同時設計一個獨特嘅調色板。希望透過今次嘅工作坊，您可以感受到工作唔係生活嘅全部，玩樂或者放鬆都好重要。喺辦公室嘅時候，令佢哋可以喺呢個環境入面搵到一刻嘅安寧。

Crushed under the weight of work? Welcome then to the **A for arts? Arts for Anxiety?**, where colors offer solace!

Alongside a guided appreciation of classical paintings, we talk while playing with LEGO® bricks. It is much easier to talk and learn when we play. We will find out how color does indeed calm our minds and ease our angst.

With such a private and creativity inspiring space, you will get a chance to share your work-related stresses and trials while designing a unique color palette to serve as a helpful reminder to you that life isn't all work and no play-or relaxation. While from inside the office or right out in the field, this workshop provides everyone a gentle and supportive environment in which to find a moment of peace. Take a moment to reconnect with your inner self and give it the nurturing it deserves.
