In this class, we will cover the three basic types of deeds (General Warranty, Special Warranty, and Quitclaim), the essential elements required in a deed, and who needs to sign. 1-hour of CE on Deeds will be followed by an engaging and interactive session that will test your Title and Escrow knowledge and quick thinking for a total of 2-hours of CE.
