After taking an extended break over the summer, our much-loved Words of Others class is returning for one festive afternoon — and we very much hope this will mark the start of its full relaunch in the New Year, returning as a regular part of the Mindful Therapies timetable.Mince pies and hot chocolate provided
This will be a gentle, cosy session for sharing the words that support us, inspire us, and help us make sense of the season. Please bring along a poem, short extract of prose, speech, song lyric — anything that feels meaningful at this time of year.
