We will be welcoming ticket holders upstairs in CANVAS from 1pm, artists take to the stage at approx. 3pm.

This is a seated event, tables for โseated ticketsโ are allocated for 2 persons or more. Coming with friends but purchasing tickets separately? Please call us and weโll do our very best to situate your tables next to each other, however this is not guaranteed.

IMPORTANT FAMILY AFTERNOON INFO>>>PLEASE READ!
1) For non-walking babies, baby slings or carriers are recommended and preferred โ to avoid tripping, pushchairs/buggies will not be allowed upstairs in Canvas.
2) Babies may be โaddedโ to a table number at no extra charge if carried in a sling or sat upon an adultโs knee at all times. All children will need to be counted as seated guests, except for non-walking babies.
3) Strictly no adults will be admitted without a child/children and vice versa - no children will be admitted without an adult.
4) Parents/guardians/adults remain responsible for children at all times. Children must remain under supervision. Children must be accompanied to the washrooms at all times.
5) Music will be kept at safe levels. Please bring ear defenders if you wish - they will not be provided.
6) Currently, Canvas is not wheelchair accessible โ and for that, we apologise.
We reserve the right to refuse admission.
No person considered intoxicated will be admitted.
We will advise you of any changes that may affect the time or group size of your reservation ASAP.
Please note - we are unable to refund tickets due to Covid-19 related cancellations. However, we will always do our best to re-sell your tickets for you as a gesture of good will, but please understand re-sales cannot be guaranteed.
In the unfortunate instance where we are forced to cancel any events โ full refunds will be issued.
