Exceptional or Explosive! What is Your Impact? What does it take to create and maintain a dynamic early childhood education program? A DYNAMIC DIRECTOR! Come join us to learn some tricks of the trade on how to be just that! We will discuss how to measure your impact on your program through ideas such as defining your level of involvement in your program and creating opportunities to collaborate and build relationships with children, staff, family, and community partners.
