Please note that unethical scammers often try to take advantage of people online (Facebook, etc.) by pretending to have tickets and offering to sell them. The Eventbrite page is the ONLY official way to purchase tickets. DO NOT arrange to purchase tickets through a third party and DO NOT send anyone on Facebook money!!
The event advertises a no refund/no exchange policy. However, we want to ensure that as many people as possible are able to attend. IF you have tickets that you would like to sell through the official portal, or IF you missed tickets but have connected with someone you believe will sell you legitimate tickets, you may write [email protected] with the following information:
Seller's Name/Email Used to purchase tickets
Buyer's Name/Email to receive notification
Our team will confirm if the tickets are authentic and coordinate a refund of the ticket price (cannot refund Eventbrite fees) and then reopen the tickets to be purchased by the interested party.
We CANNOT exchange tickets, as all tours are full.

A Dickens of a Christmas: Holiday Home Tour returns December 13-15, 2024. See below for time info.
A Dayton tradition and one of Ohio's longest running housing tours, A Dickens of a Christmas welcomes all for a curated walking tour that explores the streets, houses, and history of our neighborhood. Costumed volunteers and cheerful residents will brighten your holidays with stories from the past, present, and future of our vibrant inner city neighborhood. And with that we invite you to come in! Come in, and know us better!
Tickets are $28 and have sold out in advance in previous years, so be sure make your plans now and log on to https://Dickens2024SAH.eventbrite.com at noon on Friday, November 1.
Tours run EVERY half hour within these frames: Friday 3-8pm; Saturday 11am-7pm; Sunday 12-5pm. Tours are 2.5 hours long, but set aside 3.5 hours for maximum enjoyment to take the tour and browse the gift shop and local businesses.
