Your imagination will soar in A Clay workshop! Working with clay offers stress relief, emotional expression, enhanced creativity, boosted self-esteem, mindfulness promotion, social interaction, and therapeutic healing potential in a holistic and fulfilling activity.
You’ll take your creation home as a token and symbol of the empowerment and well being unleashed on this magical day!
After a gourmet lunch (GF vegan options available), admire the awe inspiring views of the San Francisco Mountain Peaks on the extended decks of the retreat house in a facilitated journaling session.
The closing ceremony will embark on a journey of sacred Sanskrit chants, evoking peace and well-being within. During the ceremony heart opening Medicine Cacao will be served.
