As the nature is starting the process of new growth and renewal, the long-lasting winter darkness finally starts fading, the days finally start feeling longer and lighter and we ourselves finally feel like returning back from the winter hibernation cocoon, we’ll take this day in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings of Comwell Borupgaard to pause, rest, deeply nourish & recharge our whole system inside out so that we feel fully ready to enter the spring season ahead!This day is like a rejuvenating pause where there is actually time to take a break and slow down so that we can recover and restore, find grounding to expand and deeply rest to fill our cups and bloom. We’ll enjoy soft movements, deep rest, a deeply restoring and internally massaging soundbath accompanied by nourishing food, refreshing seaside-walk finished up with free access to Borupgaards spa to put a cherry on top of the cake and leave the day deeply relaxed, refreshed and pampered.
This day retreat is for anyone who would love some nourishing and recharging time for themselves - no matter the age and gender.
SCHEDULE:
9.30 - Arriving, settling in and light nourishment with some tea and fruit.
10.00-11.30 - Opening and a soft stretchy slow morning yoga flow to gently energise and wake up our system, find reconnection and softening, move around anything stagnant and find lightness in the body and mind.
11.30-12.15 - Light seasonal lunch.
12.15-13.00 - Own time for a refreshing and grounding walk in the surrounding forest or seaside.
13.00-14.30 - A deeply relaxing yin yoga practice with a little extra focus on the wood element associated with the spring time to allow new energy flow in the liver and gallbladder mediridans, support our system by helping to restore balance, nourish our organs and digestive system and create space for the new seeds and directions to be planted.
14.30-15.00 - A short break with warming tea and a light snack.
15.00-17.00 - A deeply restorative soundbath to allow the mind and body to fully relax, reset and recharge for the lighter times of the year ahead, followed by closing of the day.
17.00-19.00 - Wrap up the day with some time for yourself relaxing at the Borupgaards Aquaspa.

Facilitator: Kika Krutop is a yoga teacher and a sound therapy practitioner who deeply values creating those increasingly precious and needed time and moments for rest, calm and re-centering with and for oneself in the world that is only getting busier and fuller of distractions. She has facilitated over a hundred private and public soundbaths in and around Copenhagen and teaches yoga both online, in companies and yoga studios.
What to bring: Comfortable clothes for yoga and a towel, swimwear and flip-flops for the Spa. It’s also possible to rent towels and flip-flops at the Spa for 95.-
