This retreat is for anyone seeking greater inner peace, emotional balance, and self-love. Join us for a day retreat where you’ll learn and practice meditation, yoga, qi-gong, and self-compassion techniques, along with mindset coaching exercises.
Whether you’re looking to let go of stress, overwhelm or negative thought patterns, or simply to carve out time for self-care, this retreat offers a nurturing space to heal, grow, and align with your highest self. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and equipped with a toolbelt of skills to help you stay calm, centered, and more compassionate in your daily life.

Welcome & Introductions
Set intentions and connect with fellow participants.
Mindful Storytelling
Engage in Council Practice to deepen active listening, self-expression, and connection to ourselves and others.
Teaching: Empowering the Mind
Learn how mindset transformation can bring balance, peace, and joy through mindfulness, emotional regulation, and self-compassion. Includes partner sharing and journaling.
Practice: Yoga, Qi Gong, and Meditation
Rebalance the nervous system with a calming, one-hour practice session.
Lunch Break (1 Hour)
Bring a packed lunch or visit nearby restaurants.
Teaching: The Power of Self-Compassion
Explore practices like RAIN and the Self-Compassion Break to quiet the inner critic and nurture self-kindness.
Practice: Somatic Self-Compassion Exercises
Engage in somatic and journaling exercises to embody self-compassion.
Gentle Movement, Breathwork, and Yoga Nidra
End with a restorative session to promote clarity, calm, and inner peace.
Closing Circle
Reflect and share insights, leaving with tools for lasting inner peace and fulfillment.
