A DAY OF WELLNESS

“A Day of Wellness” will be held on Saturday, April 5, 9:30am to 3pm at the Affliction Headquarters, Seal Beach, CA, with a focus on healthy minds and bodies, spiritual growth, grounding, and balance.

Presented by the Sabot Foundation in conjunction with Empowr Wellness and Howitzer Patriot Mfg. with a focus on supporting and assisting veterans, Gold Star/White Star persons, LEO's, Firefighters, spouses and families with trauma-related issues through specialized programs and wellness initiatives that integrate self-care into a healthy lifestyle. Sabot’s prime focus is on Suicide Prevention and Suicide Awareness for veterans and LEO's. Howitzer’s “Project Blue Lion” has donated over $2.6M to hero charities.

The event promotes holistic approaches to well-being by providing hands-on education and resources for more vibrant and balanced lives. Event modules will be led by , JP Pena (USMC), fitness specialist Cristina Guiterr​ez, and Somatic Energy Coach Brittany C. Rose.​

Participants will circulate through various modalities and group sessions including, Reality Center's Vibral Acoustic Beds combined with Light Therapy (led by an Iraqi Combat Veteran), Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Sauna, Red Light Bed, Cold Plunge, Myofascial Release Technique, Meditation Circle, Trauma Informed Yoga, Body Stretching, Sound Alchemy and Breathwork. LOCKER ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE ON SITE

This exclusive event is limited to 22 participants and is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to experience holistic stress-relieving techniques to enhance their health and well-being. Since this is a non-profit event, there is no cost of attendance. Your only investment is the time you'll dedicate to focusing on your health.
