A Day of Service-come together and sew something wonderfulJoin us for a day of service at Berger’s Sewing and put your love of sewing and your sewing skills to helping those in need. On February 1st (Saturday) and February 4th (Tuesday) we will be making dresses to donate to the organization Little Dresses For Africa. Berger’s will provide everything needed to construct the dresses, all we need from you is your time, talents, and willing hands to sew them together. Dress kits and the machines to construct them will be provided. Come help sew the dresses, all sewing levels are welcome. Time slots as seating (at the machines) will be limited. You can sign up for one or multiple slots, depending on your availability.
Any monetary donations will be used for our shipping costs to the organization, any excess will be sent to Little Dresses for Africa to offset their shipping costs.
If you cannot make either date, kits with instructions will be available for you to do at home and return to Berger’s by February 15, 2025 Call the shop for more info
