Green Care Journey - 1 day immersion
A journey of green care is an emerging reality that includes a “range of activities that promotes physical and mental health and well-being through contact with nature”.

- Introductory talk - What is Green Care and discover how it can activate new potential and pathways in your Life– personal, professional and planetary alignments
- Woodland mindfulness walk and breath work
- Wildland foraging and plant medicine - create a seasonal remedy for your self
- Propagation and Seed Saving - Identify and collect herbs and seeds to grow across the landscape
- Horses and aromatherapy- experience the combined healing powers of horse company and herbal aroma infusions
- Walled Garden Tour -unravel a rich history and beautiful biodiversity around you
- Wreath making - adorn your special place with a seasonal composition
- Biodynamic body scrubs and body salts
- Micro green and container gardening: the art and science of small steps
- Leaf tea making and tasting - with fresh pickings and contemplative rituals
- Botanical sketching and journalling around the garden
- Flower reading – discover your flower personality
- Elemental Body movement and yoga -unearth physical ease, find your niche
- Plant sound machine - experience the uplifting benefits of listening to plant biosignals and sound waves with sonic technology
- Harvest heritage fruits and make fruit jam
Plant-based lunch – A celebratory tasting of the beautiful walled gardens seasonal harvest
