The purpose of this event is to promote health and wellness among AAU & AHSAA youth athletes.About this Event
Youth athletes will spend the morning from 8:00 am- 12:00 pm engaging in fun discussions and activities on health and wellness promotion. Afterwards, participants will join COSA staff at Fun City Adventure Park to for lunch and fun from 1:00-3:00 pm.
