We start with a deep connection to safety, and the root chakra as part of the gentle morning yoga.
We will be invited to press our feet and bodies on the earth and connect with her fully. In Love we can deeply connect with ourselves and others through our relationship with trees, the earth, the plants……now we can appreciate that we are part of this beautiful miracle taking place in each moment. We are nature.
Rooted in nature, love, and safety we can discharge and recharge ourselves naturally and easily. Here we can connect to oneness, no longer alone because we are all part of something natural, beautiful, and dynamic.
