Mix, roll, and fold buttery puff pastry and croissant dough
Create the signature flaky layers that define French baking
Bake and finish multiple classic pastries using traditional methods

Pain au Chocolate – rich chocolate wrapped in buttery dough
Palmiers – delicate, caramelized pastry cookies
