About this Event
The 4th Annual A Day in Her Shoes fundraiser, held at The Lobby Club, promises an evening of fun and inspiration as we hear from women who will share their stories on achieving success. This year's Fireside Chat will cover "Mastering Self-Advocacy for Success." DFSCNJ CEO Melissa Tenzer will lead a discussion with Olympia I'Liou Perry, Councilwoman Lawrence Township/ Financial Planner for Prudential Advisors, and Taraun Tice McKnight, Deputy County Administrator, Mercer County and Co-President of New Jersey Black Women's Collective. Experienced Lobbyist and Public Affairs Executive Jeannine LaRue will serve as emcee.
The event includes cash bar, hors d'oeuvres, silent auction, 50/50, and plenty of networking. All proceeds benefit the workforce development programs that Dress for Success provides for women and youth in Central NJ.
