A Day at the Races with Voices of Laurel

Come join the staff of your local newspaper, Voices of Laurel, for a fun-filled day at Laurel Park! Watch a full slate of exciting horse racing, patronize the food and beverage venues in the grandstand, and walk around the grounds to get a sense of the rich history of this storied facility. If you want to try your hand at betting on a race but don't know where to start, we will have people who can help you out. The first $2 bet is on the house!

Arrive anytime after 11:30 a.m. and stay for as long as you'd like. Post time for the day's first race is 12:25. A special race in honor of the Voices of Laurel likely will run sometime between 2:00 and 3:30, so be sure to get there to see us in the Winners Circle!

All ages welcome. Entry is FREE. Parking is FREE--enter from Route 198, take the second right into the parking lot, and follow the signs toward the grandstand. (Valet parking is also available for a fee, if needed.)

Once on the grounds, walk past the blue awning at the Turf Club entrance and go up the ramp at the CLUBHOUSE entrance, also marked with a blue awning. Look for a registration area or signs for Voices of Laurel.
