Join us for a beautiful deeply nourishing afternoon and experience a delightful reset for your body and mind 🥰
An afternoon to feel into your heart, let go of the old, recharge and find new inspiration ✨ with ceremonial cacao and guided meditation, gentle stretching, energy practices, and a deeply relaxing and balancing sound bath.
Just 25 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Louisville, a tranquil oasis awaits you at my cozy studio surrounded by nature.
We will begin with ceremonial cacao and a heartfelt guided meditation incorporating aroma therapy, and continue with gentle stretching and beautiful energy cleansing and balancing practices.
You will then relax in comfortable zero gravity chairs while immersing into an hour-long sound bath, filled with the enchanting vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and other instruments known for their ability to promote deep relaxation, release what no longer serves you, recharge your spirit, and restore balance.
To conclude our serene journey, we will enjoy a warm, delicious herbal tea and talk about your experience.
