Guided by shadow-work facilitator Norma Cohn, this evening blends the warmth of shared food with the depth of conscious connection. Through short guided conversations, reflection prompts, and laughter, you’ll explore the parts of yourself that rarely get seen — and discover what true resonance feels like.

Evening Flow
6:30 – 7:00 pm | Arrival, small bites & welcome mocktails
7:00 – 8:00 pm | Cacao, Guided shadow-connection rounds
8:30 – 9:30 pm | Conscious dinner & reflection
9:00 –10:00 pm | Dessert, cacao, and closing ritual
