A Dark Circus, in celebration of the limited release Ardbeg Spectacular and International Ardbeg Day, welcomes you to experience the the big, bold flavours of the Ardbeg Whisky range paired with a collaborative menu of six carefully curated dishes by our Culinary Lead Greg Peckowski of Prohibition Smokehouse and Vault21, and Guest Chef Giulio Sturla, of MAPU Test Kitchen and Founder of Eat New Zealand.
