WHAT IS DANCING FREEDOM?
Dancing Freedom is a conscious dance. Imagine marrying a dance party with a meditation class. And, it is a sacred dance. It is an embodiment practice that weaves together dance and ceremony. Following the five elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether, it brings us into our bodies and helps us to develop deep inner resources that ultimately help us to heal and remember who we are. Dancing Freedom teaches us to dance with whatever is present, be it fear, anger, joy, grief: ALL of it is welcome here. And there is no way to do it wrong.
In it’s simplest form, Dancing Freedom is a really fun dance party that has the potential to ignite some deep transformation.
