Join us on April 5 for the next edition of our “Percorso enogastronomico per le regioni d’Italia,” as we explore the celebrated cuisine of Emilia Romagna. Known as Italy’s “Food Valley,” this region produces some of the country’s most iconic specialties—think Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, and balsamic vinegar from Modena.
Our special Supper Club event will showcase traditional dishes prepared with authentic flavors and served in a convivial atmosphere—just like dining at a friend’s home in Italy. Come savor the heart and soul of Emilia Romagna’s world-renowned food culture!
