Full Day Retreat Schedule – 17th September
9:30am – Arrival & Welcome Ritual
Enjoy herbal tea, coffee provided by Lean Caffeine and calm conversation.
Begin the day by writing a word or feeling on our shared canvas. We will add to this throughout the day.
10:00am – Guest Speaker: Anna Peck - Midnight Blue Marketing
Hear from a brilliant business mind about growing your business with clarity and creativity.
10:45am – Cacao Ceremony
A gentle ritual to ground, centre, and set intentions for your day.
11:00am – Guided Walk to the River
Take a slow, mindful walk with Dawn Dobson & Take a slow, mindful walk with Tash The Therapist and Dawn Dobson from Project Walks, breathing in the calm of nature.
11:15am – Yoga, Breathwork & Soundbath by the River
A soft yoga flow, gentle breathwork, and deeply relaxing soundbath session to connect you to your body and mind with Emily Sheridan Phasefitwoman
12:45pm – Walk Back & Light Lunch
Return to the venue and enjoy a nourishing, healthy lunch created by Joyful Sprout
1:30pm – Afternoon Guest Speaker
Inspiration and insights to refocus your business and your purpose.
2:15pm – Tea & Connect Break
Take a moment to chat, reflect, and build relationships.
2:30pm – Gua Sha Self-Care Session
Learn how to use a gua sha stone to support your wellbeing and glow with Dawn Dobson Wellness
3:00pm – Final Reflections & Collaborative Art
Light movement, deep joy, and complete out group painting to creatively seal the day with live artist Kellie Ahl.
