This session will provide a review of current issues in Commercial Property Law. The session will focus on good practice and avoiding pitfalls. The content will depend to some extent on developments in the next few months.

Learning outcomes:
The law in relation to commercial leases is undergoing major changes especially in the hospitality, leisure and retail sectors, in the post-pandemic world. The course aims to look at some of their changes – topics covered include;

• Recent case law on the LTA 1954
• Break clauses after the case of Thomas v Turner
• Other recent case law
• High Street Rental Auctions (HSRA) and the Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill 2022-2023
How you will learn:
This face-to-face training course consists of an interactive presentation and digital lecture notes to refer to prior, during, and after the event.
You will be able to actively listen to the course and ask questions to the speaker.
CPD Hours:
Maximise learning whilst spending minimal time away from your desk. This half-day conference provides you with 4 hours of learning.
Attendees will receive a certificate of completion after the event closure.

Arrival at 12pm for lunch, the masterclass begins at 12:30pm and ends at 4:30pm.
