Canadian DJ/ Producer em.ash is a curator of underground dance music, creating a hypnotic mix of deep, groove-infused house, rhythmic bass, and low-slung techno on Vancouver Island. Known for his extended sets, dancefloors can expect a deep and evolving musical journey.https://soundcloud.com/emash

em.ash has releases and remixes out on Rennie Foster’s label RF, Haustronaut Recordings, BeatLounge Records, and System Recordings. He is currently working on a number of different projects, most recently his latest release of RF, Umusa, with LadyK featuring remixes by Rennie Foster and Aspen King.

em.ash has been sharing music and producing events across Vancouver Island and the surrounding island communities for nearly two decades. Personal highlights include Other World, Lamplight Gathering, Diversity, Cumberland Wild, Atmosphere Gathering, Lunar Landing, Foolin’ Around, Nootka Sounds Music Festival, Kluth, Big Time Out, and countless intimate events across British Columbia. He continues to work with community groups promoting the arts, culture, and inclusivity.

Cashmere

Born and raised on the vibrant west coast, Cashmere's (aka Lisa Larkin) lifelong passion for music and dance led her to embrace DJing many moons ago. After a hiatus dedicated to nurturing her children, she's back with fierce inspiration and determination, crafting sonic odysseys that captivate Dance Temple and a myriad of events and festivals across Vancouver Island. Notably, she's delighted audiences opening for Goopsteppa at the Waverly Hotel. also gracing stages at Cumberland Wild, Otherworld, Belonging and the Woodstove Festival

.Currently inspired by various styles of House (including progressive, melodic, ethnic, bass, deep, tech )Bass, Downtempo, Drum and Bass (and more!), Cashmere interlaces a feminine energy into her mixes. Her sets have been praised for their soft, gentle allure as well as their enticing, profound depths. She aspires to evoke movement, emotions, a sense of the sacred and deep release through the music she thoughtfully curates.Firmly convinced that music and movement are potent healers, capable of transforming the human experience, Cashmere is ecstatic to share her boundless love and fervor for these art forms with the world.

*JoJo Dancer*

Coming from Campbell River and going to her first party at the legendary Carrington bay in 2014, the music and people truly inspired her to explore more and Jo-Jo started her love of dancing to loud nasty beats in the forest. Over the years attending events and being a part of the behind the scene process had collectively encouraged her to learn more and continue to be behind the scenes. She started her mixing journey in 2018 when she got her first controller while learning and watching over the years some very talented Comox Valley Djs. She now graduated to better equipment with lots of love and practice holding down a good set and being your own personal Jo-Jo Dancer!
