Join us on 12th May for our mega event in a lush green surrounded Nene Valley Community Centre.
Where Five steps of well being are integrated together by five mentors in a common session.
You can join any one session in 10 £
Or all 5 in 30£
All invoice are available to you on demand.

Bhawana has more than 15 years of work experience after her post graduation in science and Engineering and working with schools and universities at different level.

Understanding the emotions.

Session 3:

1. Introduction to breathwork & overview of techniques (20mins)
2. ⁠breathing practice (30mins)
3. ⁠Reflection & shares (10mins)
We invite you to bring a yoga mat if you wish to experience this lying down.
Session 4 :
An introduction to the beautiful practice, that is Yoga Asana (poses)
Helen, a Yoga Alliance registered teacher will guide you through a gentle, basic asana practice suitable for complete beginners which includes standing and floor postures, breathing practices and relaxation to bring together the body and mind in order to increase general awareness of being more present both on and off the mat
Please wear comfortable clothing which you can move in and possibly a yoga mat, cushion and blanket.
Session 5 :
With Lewis:
Lewis has MSc in music and a seasoned artist.

- Introduction to Music As Medicine (10 mins)
- Exploring Music Genres (10 minutes)
- Binaural Music and Sound Therapy (10mins)
- Instrumentation (10 minutes)

If you read All above this a well crafted event available to first come first serve basis we have very limited seats because this is our first event in integration.

There would be plenty of options for tea /coffee and hot water .
