Join Rachel and Emily for a day of escapism at Treetops, to truly benefit both your heart and mind.
You will enjoy various classes throughout the day such as a Morning Yoga Flow with Rachel, Sound Healing with Emily, a book sharing circle, a creative/writing activity with a guest author and of course delicious food throughout the day.
We ask you to bring with you your favourite book of all time to share with the group. Enjoy hearing and learning about other books. Find a cosy corner with a cuppa to read during a break, write lists of books, find something in the many Treetops bookshelves.
They day runs from 9:30am - 4pm and our day will be spent in the house, garden and woodlands, it's a lovely peaceful location, which really helps you create that 'getting away from it all' feeling.
We will provide all of the equipment that you will need for the day, but you are very welcome to bring additional yoga mats, blankets and anything that will make your day more comfortable.
