AAUW Greater Naples Branch and Greater Naples AAUW Charitable Foundation, Inc. invite you to join a Celebration of 20 Years of Advancing Local Women and Girls

11:30 a.m., Saturday, November 6, 2021 at the Naples Sailing and Yacht Club

Keynote Speaker, Barbara Rhodes-Melvin, Vice President, Community Relations Officer, First Florida Integrity Bank and President, Party Hearty for Charity

Since its founding by the AAUW Greater Naples Branch in 2001, the Greater Naples AAUW Charitable Foundation, Inc. has: 

--Provided academic scholarships to deserving local women pursuing college degrees; and

--Funded the Branch’s annual STEAM program for fifth-grade girls enrolled in Collier County Public schools to encourage their interest in science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics. 

Additionally, the Foundation:

--Funds the Branch’s Reading is Fun! program, giving books to at-risk children in the neediest public elementary schools; and

--Funds the Branch's local AAUW StartSmart program, teaching women salary negotiation skills to help close the persistent gender wage gap.
