A Candlelit Gong Bath Experience - Surrender into Sacred Sound with Scott & JanieSound current has been ingrained in traditions across the globe, with much of its roots being traced back to Vedic practices and stemming from Nada Yoga, The Yoga of Sound.
Gong Baths are truly incredible. They take participants on a journey of the senses, often unlocking profound states of relaxation, feelings of bliss and deep spiritual connection.
What to expect*
A multi-sensory immersive sound healing experience fused with breathwork and visualisation; taking you on a journey of profound restorative relaxation.

*The Session are intuitive; no two experiences will be the same, and not all modalities will be used with the exception of gongs.
This experience is not suitable for you if:
Have breathing difficulties such as COPD
You're sensitive to the burning of sage, Palo Santo, incense and frankincense.
You're Pregnant
Have a heart condition
Have hearing sensitivity
You're under the influence of alcohol or drugs
This session is floor-based; a limited number of chairs are available; please let us know 24 hours in advance of the session if you require a chair.
What to bring with you:
A Yoga mat, if you have one (Spares Available)
A bottle of water
Cushion/pillow
Blanket
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is permitted 48 hours before the event start time, and a credit will automatically be applied to your gymcatch account for a future Sacred Sound Healing Experience; this credit is valid for 90 from the day of cancellation. All bookings can be managed via your gymcatch account
The credit can't be redeemed against any other product, class or service. Any cancellations outwith this 48 hours before the session start time, will not be entitled to a refund or credit.
Late arrivals will not be entitled to a refund or credits and won't be permitted to attend the session as this has a negative impact on other participants' experience. Please arrive in plenty of time doors open 15 minutes prior to the event starting and close and lock when the session begins.
