Join us for a nourishing day of exploration into the profound and practical wisdom of the Enneagram — a nuanced typological map of our inner landscape and potentiality. The dynamic framework of the Enneagram illuminates not only the ways we limit our natural capacity, but also how we can return to the innate intelligence, compassion, and wholeness that live beyond the conditioned mind.An essential step on the journey of awakening is learning to see ourselves as we truly are. As we soften and relax more fully into direct experience, our deeper nature begins to reveal itself. Something opens — and we fall a little more in love with who and what we actually are. Together, we’ll explore the paradox within each Enneagram type: the drive and longing to find something that, in truth, was never lost.
Throughout the day, we will engage in experiential practices and reflections that invite us to:
Recognize our natural patterning, gifts, and focus of attention
Sense the deeper Intelligence that lives beyond the discursive mind
Listen for the quiet longings of the soul and attune to its guidance
Rest more fully in ourselves and bring ease to our relationships
The workshop will weave together movement, small-group exploration, and spacious moments for rest, reflection, and connection. Together, we’ll cultivate a vibrant learning field — one that invites lightheartedness, affectionate curiosity, and a deeper trust in our own knowing.
